Who we are

Pure Bliss Health Care Centre & Pharmacy is an outpatient polyclinic, diagnostic sample collection centre and licensed pharmacy at Plaza Avenida, Action Area 2, New Town, Kolkata. 24 doctors across 14 specialties see patients here, and the clinic is open every day from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM, including Sundays. Blood and urine samples are collected at the clinic or at home from 7:30 AM and processed by NABL-accredited Redcliffe Labs. ECG is done on site, and X-ray, ultrasound, echo, CT and MRI are booked through Suraksha Diagnostics. Vaccines and prescribed injections are given at the clinic or at home. The clinic is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, holds West Bengal Clinical Establishment licence 33754561, and offers cashless visits for Medibuddy and Bajaj Finserv Health members.

Samples are collected at the clinic or at home and processed by Redcliffe Labs (Redcliffe Lifetech Pvt Ltd). Pure Bliss is a NABL-accredited sample collection centre of Redcliffe Lifetech Pvt Ltd (collection centre ID SCF0016705, NABL certificate MC-7089, ISO 15189:2022). Most routine reports within 24 hours; specialised tests can take up to 72 hours.
Do you collect blood samples at home?
Yes. Home blood sample collection across New Town, Rajarhat, Chinar Park and Salt Lake, with slots from 7:30 AM. Free home collection near the clinic; for longer distances only the bike-taxi fare is added, told to you before booking.
Can I get an X-ray, ultrasound, CT or MRI at Pure Bliss?
Imaging is not done at the clinic. When a doctor advises a scan, it is booked through our imaging partner Suraksha Diagnostics. Book your scan through Pure Bliss and carry our bill or booking slip to Suraksha Diagnostics for an extra discount on their price. ECG is done at the clinic.
Do you accept cashless insurance?
Members of Medibuddy and Bajaj Finserv Health can use cashless consultations and diagnostics. Please show your membership details at reception.
What should I do in an emergency?
Pure Bliss is an outpatient clinic without an emergency ward. Go to the nearest hospital emergency, or call +91 91023 14884, our 24-hour helpline, which can arrange an ambulance or hospital referral. You can also dial 112.
