- Health information needed to serve you: the tests or doctor you book, prescriptions, test reports and bills.
- Basic technical data when you visit the website, such as browser type and pages viewed, used only to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To confirm appointments, collect samples, deliver reports and medicines, and send bills.
- To send reports and reminders on WhatsApp, SMS or email to the number or address you gave.
- To process cashless claims through Medibuddy or Bajaj Finserv Health when you ask us to.
- To meet legal record-keeping duties for clinics, laboratories and pharmacies.
Who we share it with
Only those needed to provide your care: the doctor you consult, our partner laboratory Redcliffe Labs (Redcliffe Lifetech Pvt Ltd) for sample processing, Suraksha Diagnostics for imaging you book, and your insurer or TPA for cashless claims. We never sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
Medical records and reports are kept as long as the law requires. Access is limited to staff who need it, through individual logins, and data is stored on secured servers with regular encrypted backups.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your records, or for a correction.
- Ask us to stop sending messages that are not about your care.
- Withdraw consent for anything beyond what the law requires us to keep.
