Information on this website is general and does not replace a consultation. Pure Bliss is an outpatient clinic with no emergency ward. Our 24-hour helpline +91 91023 14884 arranges emergency help such as an ambulance or hospital referral; you can also call 112.

Appointments

Doctors see patients by appointment at the times shown on their profile. Timings can change; we confirm your slot by phone or WhatsApp.

Lab tests and home collection

Samples are processed by Redcliffe Labs (Redcliffe Lifetech Pvt Ltd). Most routine reports within 24 hours; specialised tests can take up to 72 hours.
Some tests need fasting or other preparation; the test page and our team will tell you.
Home collection is available in New Town, Rajarhat, Chinar Park and Salt Lake. A visit charge may apply to small orders; it is told to you before booking.

Prices and payment

Prices on the website are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices and offers can change; the price confirmed at booking applies. We accept cash, UPI and cards, and cashless payment through Medibuddy and Bajaj Finserv Health where your policy allows.

Refunds

If a booked test or consultation cannot be done because of us, we refund the full amount. Once a sample has been processed, the test fee is not refundable.
