Most routine reports within 24 hours; specialised tests can take up to 72 hours. The report is sent on WhatsApp or email, and you can show it to one of our doctors.

- Ask when you book whether your tests need fasting. If they do, eat nothing after dinner; plain water is fine.
- Keep taking your regular medicines unless your doctor has told you otherwise.
- Keep the doctor's prescription ready for the phlebotomist, if you have one.
- Wear a loose sleeve so the arm is easy to reach.

What is the earliest home collection slot?
Home collection slots start at 7:30 AM, every day. Booking a day ahead helps if you need an early fasting slot.
Do I need to fast before a blood test at home?
Only for some tests. A fasting blood sugar usually needs 8 to 12 hours without food, and a lipid profile is usually done after an overnight fast. CBC, HbA1c and thyroid tests generally do not need fasting. Plain water is allowed. We will tell you when you book.
