Pure Bliss Health Care Centre & Pharmacy brings doctors’ consultations, lab sample collection, ECG and a pharmacy together on the ground floor of Plaza Avenida, Action Area 2, New Town, Kolkata.

What we offer
24 doctors across 14 specialties consult at the clinic, from general medicine, diabetes and paediatrics to gynaecology, orthopaedics, ENT, skin, chest medicine, neurology, surgery, physiotherapy, nutrition and Ayurveda. Each doctor keeps regular weekly sessions, several of them in the evening.
Blood, urine and other samples are collected at the clinic or at home and processed by Redcliffe Labs (Redcliffe Lifetech Pvt Ltd). Pure Bliss is a NABL-accredited sample collection centre of Redcliffe Lifetech Pvt Ltd (collection centre ID SCF0016705, NABL certificate MC-7089, ISO 15189:2022). ECG is done on site. X-ray, ultrasound, echo, CT and MRI are not done at the clinic; when a doctor advises them, they are booked through Suraksha Diagnostics.
The in-house pharmacy dispenses prescriptions and delivers free to homes nearby. Members of Medibuddy and Bajaj Finserv Health can use cashless consultations and diagnostics.
Open every day, 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM, including Sundays. Our main number, +91 91023 14884, also works as a 24-hour helpline that can arrange an ambulance or hospital referral; the clinic itself has no emergency ward or beds.
