What the Creatinine Spot Urine Test measures
Collect a first morning or random urine sample in a sealed, sterile screw-capped container provided by our staff. Women should avoid sampling during their menstrual period unless prescribed. Blood-contaminated or highly turbid samples are not acceptable. A first morning sample is preferred.
Price: the Creatinine Spot Urine Test costs ₹256 at Pure Bliss (MRP ₹320), with the sample collected at our Action Area 2, New Town centre or at your home.
How to prepare, the sample, and when to expect the report
Preparation
Most tests need no special preparation, but some need fasting or a particular time of day. The team will tell you when you book. Carry your doctor’s prescription if you have one.
Reporting time
Most routine reports within 24 hours; specialised tests can take up to 72 hours.
Reading the result
Reference ranges differ between laboratories, so your report lists the laboratory’s own range beside each value. A result outside the range does not always mean illness; ask your doctor to explain it.
